Returns Policy
We want every INTESSIUM piece to feel right from the first wear. If something isn't quite for you, we offer a considered 14-day return window.
Return window
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this window cannot be accepted.
Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with all tags and protective packaging attached
- Sent back in suitable packaging to protect the piece in transit
How to request a return
Email intessium@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once approved, we'll share full return instructions including the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — INTESSIUM is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Not eligible for return
- Items marked as final sale
- Pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original piece for refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
