Shipping Policy

Every INTESSIUM order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner with full tracking. Care, attention and quiet packaging are part of the experience.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Additional destinations are added as we expand.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom — 7 to 12 business days
• European Union — 8 to 15 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may extend slightly during peak seasons or for remote postcodes.

Shipping costs

• Standard tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
• Free tracked shipping on all UK & EU orders over £50.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Customs & duties

EU orders may be subject to local import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer. INTESSIUM is not liable for additional charges levied at customs.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email intessium@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our carrier and find a resolution.
